Very well written and edited, as uaual. Found no SPAG. Only one concern, below:
When Troy released Anna, she lifted Michael from the swing, tightly cuddled him, and glanced at Paul. "I'll do anything, as long as I don't lose my son." [I find it odd that she would say this while she has Michael in her arms.

Paul and his family are so generous to Anna. It would be good if everyone who needs the help could meet such nice people. You statistics in your notes provide a good grasp of the situation. You must have researched a lot for this.

Like Anna, I am worried about what may be around the corner. You do a great job of bringing Anna's true feelings to life and I can "feel" her angst and fear. Great chapter.

Barbara, this is another great chapter to read. Kind of slowed it down a little which I thought was a smart move. Just like in real life. No one is rushing, busy, drama filled all of the time.
