As for the content, there can be no dispute about what you wrote. The crash of the Wall Street had ramifications throughout the world. Yes, the depression is on us. There is no denying that.
I don't know whether this piece is poetry or prose. Since you and I are ESL types, and this is a prayer it is fine with me.

History does have a way of repeating for those who take no lessons from the past. Think those of us with limited resources noticed the problems. It surprises me how so many continue claiming there is no elephant in the room. Well, somebody farted peanuts. Did not notice any SPAG while reading.

You are so right. Sometimes, God will allow us to go through things to 'try' to teach us a lesson. Sometimes we don't learn do we? Some countries know without a doubt,what desperation really is, they already are at the door of death and devastation. We are spoiled and have had so much. Guess we best keep praying, and hang on. It's going to be a bumpy ride I think.
