Aunt Margaret has a lot of patience sketching. I was glad when they stop to have pie and ice cream this is the only part of the chapter I enjoy I kept thinking about the missing girl. This is going on all over the world. It's so sad. Thank you for sharing. My friend.

Thank you.
I felt drawn in from the start. Why was this woman sketching a loved one, what had happened to her, was she dead or still alive and what had the husband done to her?
Great opportunities for exploring things further. The style was gentle and very easy to follow and the characters easy to follow and identify.

According to FS this is the sixteenth chapter. If you had read the previous chapter or the background information you would know that Anna is an abused spouse. She is in hiding from her husband. Thank you for the review.

Hey Barbara!

You got such intricate details into this chapter. That peach pie and ice cream sounds just heavenly too. Just at a guess, I think Anna could be found somewhere near Bobby. Wedding?!!

Well, guess it all gets better.

Regardless of the subject, the chapter actually was an enjoyable read. Very family orient and filled with love. Well-written.

Good night.

This really about the fact that we don't always see the same things when we look at something or someone. You are very good with dialogue. Can't wait for more

Very powerful story. I love your dialog. It's remarkably real and easy to follow. The story as a whole has a very real quality that is rare to capture.
That fact that you present abuse in such a real matter of fact style brings it home.
You obviously care about people.

"I think it's time for me to head home myself. I see I'm out numbered."/use, outnumbered----That was a perfect scenario for creating a sketch of Anna. I had to concoct one for the perp that robbed me while I drove a taxi, so I know the process. well done.

I love this story. It holds me captive through the whole thing. I usually don't like just romance, but I think I like it cause the crisis is in their too.

I always write in a crisis in my romance novels. I see no reason for pure romance, life isn't that way. Some of my others are fighting drug cartels and my last one a kidnapping and a child porn ring.

As usual, nicely written in a way that keeps the readers interest. Abuse is such a horrible thing that is lived with by so many every day....something God certainly never intended...blessings, kathleen

barbara:

There's involved and then there's INVOLVED, right?
Sometimes people are just naturally drawn to people
even when they know it's not in their best interest
but there's no accounting for love.

I'm always amazed by the skills of people who can
sketch people without ever seeing them and coming up
with such a great likeness.

thanks for sharing
love,
jan
