I like how you used the image of the endlessness of the ocean. However, I feel as though it conflicts a bit when you add the third line. At first, it seems as though you are heading toward something, but the third line reads as though you are already there.

Good luck in the contest.
Well thought out and written. I wasn't sure on the punctuation within the piece. But overall it pulled me in and I loved the last line about unending love.
