Thanks for all of the information on "intimate partner violence," an expression I had not heard before. I found your dialog quite effective and Troy's plan credible. Barbara, I didn't spot any SPAG. The story is moving at a good pace.
I'm glad you have your son's company during this recovery period. Stay well.
She hasn't filed for divorce yet. Bobby could charge her with kidnapping.
I didn't know you could be charged for kidnapping for leaving one state for another. I thought only if you left the country. This would really pose a major obstruction to her getting custody.

I hope Mr. Keller knows where Anna is and they can find her before Bobby does. I wouldn't put it past him to kill Anna if he gets the chance. This is another well written chapter and I found nothing that needs changing. I am glad you are finished with your treatments and I don't think the healing will take long. This is such an intriguing start to the latest chapter.
I find myself hoping she's OK.
USA law confuses us Brits how a mother can be accused of kidnap in the same country. Local and federal I guess but it still confuses me.
