Beautiful, haunting and too real. Drug addiction and that hunger for the drugs above all others is a horrible existence. A life sentence. One where you lose anything and everything all on that Highway of Loathing and quest for your next fix. Very good job on your essay. Addiction is in my family and it is such a sad affair.

The poem is so descriptive. I feel that I am right there with him. It is so sad that a person gets to that stage in life. I wonder why there is no-one there to help him. Very scary, it would make anyone who was thinking of doing drugs to think twice and maybe decide not to do it. It is very well done.

As I said before, not my favourite genre BUT ... again, this is a super piece of writing that captures the darkness of drug taking so well. Again, made me chill at the dark side of life. Nearest I have come to writing this is 'Depression - That Dark Place' - check it out. Great piece of emotive writing here once more and plaudits well deserved. K

Very dark and sobering. The account of the addict who shoots into his/her veins. My only complaint is that the font is very hard to read, although the colors used certainly fit the poem.
One note:
*Striving to be all that I can be, I find the needle in which to eject the *(did you mean inject?)

Sometimes meditation makes us guilty feeling so I always beg and bow for the young people. What was so bad thing I did as We know when we smoke in the dark yard alone. I did everything by smoke and feel good. The smoke is everything to enjoy for the life. And I finish my life so fastly by smoke. The life is finished for the smoke and I do not need to fight again. The smoke is everything to enjoy my life.
And I am guilty as I have everything for you by smoke meditation.

Humankind has always looked for and found something upon which to get hight and I guess this will always be the case.
