I love your poem; thoughts any mother/grandmother can relate to. The only thing I would change is the 'while' to 'when' to make the whole thing more consistent.

Your words wrap your obvious love for and devotion to her like a warm, fuzzy protective blanket. There's nothing like being a grandparent! Well done and the picture has to make the reader smile! I remember the times the hose was the best water fountain! Thanks for giving us a smile. :):)
