I like short and meaningful poems. Your is a good example of that. With good rhythm and and rime you tell a whole story in just a few words. Loved to read it.

This is a nice poem with a spiritual message. Yes it is so true that through our darkness and pain God is right there beside us. Good job.

I love the way you went from fear, pain and relief in almost one complete sentence. It feels like a worthy prayer to be recited during hard times. Loved it.

Lovely setting the blue on blue, very calming and peacefull. The pain either physical or mental always seems stronger when darkness comes, I feel, but to know that He is with you, as you say, is very comforting. That's what I get from this read. Well done, I enjoyed the read.

A powerful message certainly inspired from above, as the last line says it all. Many state they have faith, yet none exists. Unless your faith has given you that renewed heart which stands firm in the midst of severe trials, your faith then remains as empty as it's proclomation.

Wow, Mustangpatty. I just love this spiritual road you're taking me on. This a beautiful poem and what you say is so true. The light said, "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you." You remind us all of how great a God we serve. Thank you.

Being a spiritual person myself Mustangpatty, your work kind of reached out and pulled me in. It was my pleasure.

This well crafted spiritually themed whitney style poem reads like the lyric to a hymn. I wonder what it would be like expanded by a verse or two and set to music? Nice way to use this interesting simple form...Well done.

I like your poem and the message it presents, and the picture you chose to complement it is perfect. It's always good to know that He is right beside us all the time.
