I enjoyed the story about Harlie's home coming very much. The imagery was good as I watched the story unfold. It is not easy to introduce a new animal to the other ones already calling it home..Once they realize they are there to stay they accept it. well done Patty. Nancy

Although I am not a cat fancier, not even by any stretch of the imagination, this storyline contains enough ongoing action to keep the tale engaging.

Several different directions you could travel this accounting in from this point forward about their antics.

Oh the animal lover in me is cry out for more of this. Your wiring is excellent with the POV you have chosen. I had to give up my cat and the last time I saw her was another family taking her crate away with them and I have heard nothing from them. I pray this is what happened

Simba NOW plays his own games with Harley - and loves to use his huge paws to bat Harley around! Their favorite game is to 'play' through the big glass french doors to my den. Simba sits on the outside while Harley is in with me. Simba pretends to growl the whole time, and Harley runs back and forth - its pretty comical. Leo keeps his distance, but loves to look at Harley through the baby gate when Harley is in the kitchen. ~patty~

This is a delightful story written from the perspective of Harley. I need to go back and read the first chapter even though I haven't read it I could easily figure out what is going on. This is a cute portrayal from an animal's point of view. There are a couple of places that are iffy--like the thoughts about `the wheel'. I doubt animals have a concept of wheel. Most people wouldn't be so nit picky, but I thought I'd mention it.
