What a beautiful, well written tribute to your new puppy, Harley. He is adorable, I bet not always as angelic as he appears in this picture knowing that Jack Russells have lots of energy. Very unique and proficient verse.

Unless you the sole scooper. LOL I did enjoy the poem and its form. In one sense it describes that puppy quality, but also want an adult dog lends to your experience. Nicely done.

I can't imagine anyone doing this form any better than you have, but it's so restrictive in it's requirements, that nothing of any real literary interest can come out of it. This is more an exercise in voocabulary building than in poetry. I'd give you an "A" for the former, but not for the latter.

A sweet little tribute to a cute little guy. I work with third graders, and we introduce this type of poem for them, usually using antonyms. I love all the adjectives you have used to describe the love of a puppy.
