Joe certainly has taken a gamble by allowing the sniper to shoot dead one of the gang holding him and the three girls hostage, surely this will provoke a like for like raction from the remaining ostage takers?

This is another great chapter. The tension is thick and I was so sad to see the end at the bottom of the page. I don't know how but I missed the last chapter before I read this one. Good as well

Well written, extremely enjoyable and easy to follow. Your characters come to life and the reader almost feels the fear that the young girl Cassie is experiencing. Joe being a muscular frame seems likely to be Cassie's salvation. Very good imagery and true to life characters. Great drama anxiously awaiting the next pages. Sorry to hear of your health situation.
