The description of the scene is awesome, yet not offending, that's what I like about this poem. It was not crude nor vulgar, just a description of the victim's emotions. Very well written.

Haunting. This is wonderful and chilling. The line "her innocence upon a dark street lies" ties things up in this stark and beautiful poem. I can completely understand why it won poem of the month. I'm very interested to read more of your stuff.

A needed exposure of a horrid invasion of privacy, that often due to shame, is not brought to light. So well written G.
Force and violence should never be tolerated by society. Nor
encouraged by wars or revenge attempt. Great job of writing,
and congrats on your nomination of Poem of the Month.

This an amazing poem, but so sad and honest. Through your word, I could feel the sorrow and defeat of the victim. Thank you so much for sharing. Your certainly deserve the poem of the month award.

G
This is an intense and disturbing look at violation. I had thought of broaching this subject, but didn't know if I could go to that dark place. You have do so, delicately with the precision of a surgeon.

This has to be one of your absolute best. WOW. I think you hit a note with women who are victims of rape. It gave me chills. You need, like, seven stars for this poem. Just AWESOME. LOVE IT!!!!

Very clear why you have received poem of the month. Haunting really and the picture made me shutter. I noticed in many of your poems you use "..." Do you want the reader to do a super pause when we seem them? And by the way, I'd like to know if you ever sleep. I can't believe how much you write!

Oh, so dark, yet brilliantly composed! Yes, reminiscent of Yeats indeed! Brava!
So, as an side, please do tell me what "contumaciously" means, will you? (oh, that was another poem...)
Wonderful work from you, my Goddess Pamelia, but what else would I expect from you?
