Thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting us know the truth. My head has been in the sand for far too long now. It is only with the aid of courageous freedom-fighters, such as yourself, that I, or any other American, can have a prayer of seeing the beloved United States of America return to its proper place - as a purely Christian nation that does not sleep with the terrorists.
I'm certain that somewhere, in houses scattered across the country, good folk like you are holding clandestine meetings, attempting to find a way to end the reign of lies we are ruled (I say ruled because he is making a joke of the Constitution) by. Hopefully one day I will happen upon one of these meetings and be able to join in the movement. For now, I must be satisfied with expressing my gratitude to the trailblazers like you who are willing to expose the ineptitude of this man of color we have elected to the highest office in the land.
You may be right - if this were a caucasian, the person would already have been impeached! Gracious - the leeway we've allowed this man in order to spare the feelings of the African American population. I pray to the sweet Lord above that America does not elect a woman to the Presidency. It is obviously a job for a white, Christian male.
Again, bless you, Barbara, for causing me to see the light. I owe you a deep debt of gratitude.

Sorry for the late review. I am still playing catch-up. Your write is both informative and unfortunately very discouraging. Although I am not sure why the beginnings of impeachment have not been placed upon Obama, I am sure this oil spill will have a lasting effect on our entire nation and my heart goes out to those families whose lives are so directly effected. Tourism and the food industry will never be the same. Folks here in NC are fearful of purchasing any of the usual seafood products. I saw the mention of Obama and his wife visiting NC on vacation. They visited the Biltmore House which is about 20 miles from me. I know some of the workers there and none were allowed to get near them. Body Guard helicopters hovered over the grounds just minutes before their arrival. Two men were seen carrying a large box across the grounds. They were arrested because they were thought to be carrying explosives, but instead they were carrying marijuana plants which they had planned to set out on this property. Thank you for sharing.

Reading the additional article was a painful confirmation to the fears expressed to me by friends to whom I confided that given the alternatives, I would vote Obama. Yes, there is a fear to call him on his mistakes, because that will mean the Democrats were wrong. Your piece is incisive and discouraging, and very well written.

I don't know if you care, but there are two places that can stand correction; one in the first line- you have 'sense' and you want since. Then, way down, "Is there a fear about what might happen if he is called on this behavior? Is he and his cronies, etc. " It is "Are he and his cronies. . ." I usually figure that spelling corrections should be fixed up by the editor, but I guess when you review, you owe it to the person writing. All the best,
