I liked the poem. But some adjustments are required to make it more attractive. This is my view.
"Sadness is, the wish that you never achieve" I think this sadness "is" not apt.
Is there any punctuation errors in these lines:Go forward with gusto show life what you are
The phoenix that rise's, now claim your new start"

You say so much in so few lines. A deep message of encouragement that we can do what we want most of the time if we only try hard enough. And we can start over anytime we so wish, never forgetting yesterday's mistakes. And that true friends never betray us.

There are those who fit that discription. "Critize others on their fight to succeed," is so true of some. To get to the top, one has to reach for that goal and act on it. Like you stated, "real friends will stay." Great poem! V.A.
