Hi Brooke,
I read this poem, I found the (I don't know if they are called analogies, or parallels, or what) but where you take things in life that are similar to the emotions evoked of longing or missing something that is needed, where it is obvious that the situation can't function properly, just like people can sometimes feel they are missing that essential something. I found each one refreshing and easy to imagine and empathize with.
The rhymes are pretty and the pattern, another easy pattern for me.

The theme here is, I'm guessing. The sun will come out tomorrow. Sometimes easier said then done but sound advice none the less comes though in your well written quatrains.

Dear Brooke,
Lovely and vivid imagery here, bud's of Hope is an uplifting read. For the first time in ages we have a bright crisp winter day and your poem certainly gave me hope for the coming spring.
Kind regards

I love this, such encouraging words of hope and renewal. The photo you chose is perfect- buds (new life) and droplets of water- life itself.
Thank you for sharing.

Ad, you've done a fine job here. This poem reads very well aloud. The imagery and message are uplifting. The sentiment is perfect for the subject but is not overly sentimental.

As you watched the super bowl or just about any other sporting event this year, I can see where you have drawn inspiration for your poem; "This Buds for you" I think you should send you poem to Anheiser Bush to make a commercial of your poem. Or not. Nice job. Mike

If you can get a clydsdale horse to sing it, I think it will be a hit and you should make a small fortune. No need to thank me. Mike

This is a good poem, it reminds me that spring is just around the corner. This is the time of year I look forward to. Just to see the buds start is wonderful.
