I agree with what you say about writing, one just needs to write down whatever comes into their heads and then take a look at the finished product. Stephen King writes a thousand words every day to keep his head active. I write poetry mostly and whenever I visit town I have my book and pen with me for people watching.
On your write, I found it very interesting, concise and to the point, you told the reader what maybe they didn't know.

Let me say I took great pleasure in reviewing and reading this essay, which by the way is very well written. Interesting and enjoyable. I once heard if you wake up thinking of writing then, you are a writer. This must be so in your case. Also,I will have to try flash writing. Sounds like fun.
