"Where was the snow? Hmmm. Definitely leads this reader to reflect upon that wondrous night, the night that Jesus was born. Very well written with strong imagery that took me to that humble manger. Well done with no errors. k

An amazing poem Brooke.
Very well crafted and presented.
The quesion repeated through
out, "where was the snow that
Christmas night" reminds us
that many seasons were in their
full in different parts of the
country at the time of the Christ's
birth. That Christmas is about more
than the total of all the other things
people want to place a value on at this
time of year.. Lora

Your poem captures well the wonderment of the Christmas spirit and takes the reader back to the babe in the manger. Well done.

I always admire those who write quaterns, and you are a master at this form. Every one of yours has a different feel, voice, tone. In this one we wonder where the snnow was....whether it fell that first Christmas night, or not. You refer to the scenes of our songs, the bells, the sleighs, the lords, making it feel contemporary.
well done

Hi there adewpearl
What a beautiful Christmas poem ... I think it should become a traditional one. Forever more. Stunning presentation and for me, word perfect. I like the use of question in this. M.

Fantastic, Brooke.
Loved this and its message. I love Santa too, but especially in times like these we need to remember that it's not about the commercialism and the jolly red suited man in the mall. Well done.

I like this pattern and the way you
worked the line in. Sometimes we get
caught up in celebrations and forget
why we're celebrating. this poem
is a gentle reminder. Thank you.
