I think this is a touching memoir that gets its topic across well. We all have distintive memories that go with sounds, songs, taste, touch, etc. Thanks for sharing this trip down memory lane and then ending is touching.

I thought this was beautifully done. I especially appreciated the way the sensual was incorporated into the work. All of us have a primary sense that stimulates our reactions. Touching on each receptor is a sure way to get meaning across to the widest audience. I think you did a good job in accomplishing this.

Thank you for reading. An element I have to work on all the time in my writing is making the story tighter, so I appreciate your comments.

It's wonderful you were allowed to still participate in your daughter's life. Too often the mother takes that away from the father. A wonderful little story. Well done.

Thanks for reading. It was more difficult, but I did my best to be as engaged as possible.

The funny thing about young mothers when they turn their child over to a grandparent, The grandparent had practiced with them. Everything ended right. Very well written.

19! That is something else. I have eight and things look like they will end there. Just don't get to see them as much as I want. Thanks for reading!
