Such simplicity described with such voluminous description. It's amazing how you put together your observations of a simple flower. Job well done.

Aw, I hope Miranda feels better- surely this poem lifted her spirits skyward.
Love the joyful tone and cheerful flow of sunny thoughts. Well rhymed and timed, as ever.
No nits.
Lovely presentation too, of course!
Warm hugs to you and Miranda too,

Ah Brooke this certainly made me smile :)
Whenever anyone asks my Dad "How are you today?" he will often reply with "Well I am quite splendiferous, thank you."
it almost always evokes a smile.
Well don,
Sharon

Brooke,
Yes, they have brought a smile to me too. I needed this smile. I've had a hard few days. (Death in extended family.) Thank you for posting this beautiful poem.
As you know, I'm a fan of alliteration; I don't know why, but it makes me smile. :) This poem is full of beauty and joy in one of God's magnificent creations. Awesome words and sentiments.

Dear Brooke,
Sorry to hear that your duaghters head cold is still hanging on, I do hope she is better soon.
Personally I like all your poetry ....the happy ones, the historical ones and the sad ones. They are always a delight to read.
I am still blank at the moment as far as inspiration for my poetry, I have a few, but nothing that is complete. I must say I wonder if I write more when I am troubled. As a child making up ryhmes made me cope with being bullied at school. Thankfully I am really happy in my new home, however my knack for being creative seems to have dried up,
In the mean time I shall keep reviewing and hopefully bring something to the fanstory table soon. Lets hope its written with a care free happy attitude though LOL
