Oh, I really like this one Brooke! When I was in band I found grace notes to be somewhat strange but totally intriguing. It is one of those small things we seek to achieve balance in our lives.

Often when a person hears voices they either follow their lead or ignor them. Many people are frightend by them and when they tell their friends they are shunned from society. I am so glad you cleared the air. Now when I hear the voices I'll know it's just grace notes filling the void and making life more interesting. mstad55

I enjoyed this one very much and it is so true. It is also a good acknowledge and grief and also the fact that one my always have it, yet there is much to enjoy. In my opinion, both can coexist. Very well thought out and written.

this is another very solid poem, Brooke. I like this structure. I also liked the info on grace notes. i have been to some clubs where there is jazz playing and get the feeling the guys are just playing what they feel. it is moving stuff. well done- sam
