Almost had to give you a one star for being gone so long... Where have you been? Missed your terrific poetry.
I like this poem. It seems to speak of having a voice. I like the mention of "Esprit de Corps". I like the mention of wax and wane. Clever. I like the overall language of the poem. Well thought out and executed. Just what I would expect from you. :) Well done- sam

this is a well written work and a pleasure to read.
Not one thing I could suggest changing.
I just love the following lines.
Abundance now...I'm here but once
So my strength and will cannot die
