Have you reached your five? Are you planning to publish your ten haikus? I hope so. It would make for a great little gift. And, of course, here I notice the b's. Sue

Another very lovely Haiku poem and I really like all the information you put in your Author's Notes. I like learning new things. Have you thought about putting them all into one book?

Whenever I review your poetry I am always blessed with the beauty of your words and a rich infusion of knowledge from your background information. How clever to incorporate the bedazzler into such a natural setting. In balance to the positive is this negative. I also always leave a review of your work with a keen awareness that I have no business trying haiku. I'll just enjoy yours and save being embarrassed by my efforts. Thanks. Nick

Nick, thank you!! I'm sure that if you did write haiku, it would be lovely, but if you're not into it, that's okay too - I will just enjoy the forms you choose to write in :-) Brooke

Hi B
Bravo on the bedazzling "Bachelors Buttons" Flowers with vibrant colors are a real treat for me because I am 80% color blind, so you can imagine how tantalizing it is to my senses .

Wow - This is lively and bright!
I enjoyed this haiku.
I've heard of 'bachelor buttons', but didn't realize they were another name for a cornflower. :)
Another beautiful haiku, Brooke.

The painting is a nice change of pace. The explanation works well for me. The poem makes the reader envision a field that almost hurts the eye its so blue. Great imagery as usual.

Good content and good syllable count but the satori needs work. try in your minds eye something like this:
blazeing azure blue
bedazzle fields with color
bachelor's buttons

Hi Brooke Another colourful and enjoyable haiku, and what informative notes you supplied. We keep learning things, you have just taught me where the word 'bedazzle' came from. LOL Gaye

Well, the craft tool name comes from the word and not vice versa, but I used it with the craft tool in mind! LOL Thanks so much, Brooke :-)
