Hi Brooke I am sure your daughter enjoyed you beautiful poem. It reminds me so much of a poem (I don't know who wrote it) 'If I could catch a rainbow' I read it to my dear friend when she was dying of cancer.I will post it no ratings required. Cheers Gaye

I'm sorry that I'm four days behind in my reading. I glad everything is going fine with your daughters recovery. Wish her well from her Uncle Mike. The fairies and bubbles are quite the picture in your poem, and I'm sure Miranda was smiling with each verse read. Thanks for sharing a tender moment with us your fans and friends. mstad55

I loved the enchantment of this poem, Brooke. Beautiful flow and presentation. Prismatic- great word. A fairy swinging on every bubble- love the image of that. I can only imagine your daughter loved this poem. I sure do. Hope she is doing well. Great and fun poem. Joyce

I'd give six stars if I could. Simply stunning with imagery and all the rest that makes you ranked #1. My favorite is the 3rd stanza--such imagination there!

when i read it i thought it sounded very heartfelt, then i read the bit at the end about your daughter. so i think you got a lot of thoughts and feeling into a few words. the entire poem flowed nicely, so well done

A mother's love reaching out to protect and ease the pain of her child. Regardless of the age, you have already given her the most important gift in the world - the gift of love. Your light and whimsical bubbles and magical fairies is a beautiful dusting of blessings floating in the air.
Wonderful! Thanks for sharing! Carol C

I like to say we as parents, hurt as much if not more as our saddest child, whether it be physical or mental. I am sure your daughter loves bubbles and fairies, who wouldn't.

What an ethereally lovely poem you have composed for your daughter - unearthly creations to ease the pain this world inflicts on us. She is fortunate that her mother is such a talented poet. Excellent images of delicate beauty, Brooke. Blessings, Linda
