You have so many "All Time Best" poems that I'm impressed. I think it's because you write such nice poems all the time. This one is one of my favorites: I love flowers and there's nothing better than a field of them to walk in. Congratulations on your writing.

Beautiful! We really enjoyed this lovely poem and the smile it brought to our faces. It's fun seeing everything as a truly living thing.

Love and blessings

I love the flower poems and as always you described them in a way that I can picture it with out the picture. But I love the picture also. Great job.

Brooke,

beautifully written poem, my friend. slowly, but surely I'm still trying to catch up. Don't think I'll ever succeed. I really enjoyed this little gem, quite clever and very witty.

Well done

Reggie

In Maryland it is the black-eyed Susan that is the state flower. Just a bit of trivia, for our big horse racing event, we use daisies that have the centers darkened in as the flower is not yet in bloom.

I enjoyed this poem and there is noting like a field of them that denotes beauty more. I enjoyed this nicely written poem.

Mike, in researching my poem, I learned that! :-D And I always watch the Triple Crown on tv - since a kid, so I knew that too - I'm feeling all smart. LOLOLOL thank you! Brooke :-)

What a delightful love story. It should be one sided because the flower should not have a the personality you have given it. Susan uses her beauty to seduce so you have made her human. Great job. I really liked this.

I absolutely loved this poem! It really brightens up my day. It flows so smoothly and paints such a pretty picture. It couldn't be any better. The artwork and font color were perfect as well. I'm new to poetry and I hope to write something nearly as good as this one day.

Okay...I'm dizzy now. I think I just read another one of your poems and then this. Delightful! Utterly delightful! I really mean this. I loved both of them and the beat was smooth, the cadence--music in my mind's ear. if you haven't already, then you must compile these into one volume of beautiful poems. Illustrated, of course! :-) Please, keep writing!

This poem has a lot of clarity in its structure and I was very impressed with the form and the rhyme. No spelling, grammar or punctuation errors that I could see.
Created some good imagery with just these few words.
