Hi there, I love your poem, it made me laugh. I myself have two 'tramp stamps' haha, and I love them both. Your rhyming is very good. Great poem. Hayley x

Sue,
Just got back from a pause that refreshes, to find this absolute gem. Even if I could find a glitch, which I can't, for this sort of effort I would happily ignore them. A thoroughly enjoyable romp.
Best regards
Reg

Well for someone new to writing you sure got the hang of it. I liked the flow of the poem. Dont know if your into JRR Tolkein, he was also a great poet and had a lot of poetry in his books. Your style [not subject] reminded me of some of his poems. very good job.

Never heard of the word Tramp Stamp but your poem leaves no doubt in the readers mind as to what it is.
What a fun piece. Your rhyming scheme is unusual and a credit to you. Great job.

I have never heard the phrase 'tramp stamp' before! How wonderful. I am covered with them! You have written such a great poem here. The times I have seen people arrive for their tattoo appointment, pale at the sight of needles and the sound of the tattoo machine...and change their mind! Wish I'd changed mine....at least 38 times! Great writing.
Warmest wishes
Kat

38!!! OMG!! You are a brave one! The question is: Do you have a tramp stamp?? The one on your lower back? Let me know what it is! HA! Thanks for your review. Sue :-))

Hey Sue, er.....lower back...um.....well my whole back is covered with an assortment of flowers, birds, vines, fairies. Does that count? LOL
My back took 16 two hour sittings...and hurt plenty. I've got one between the boobs of a wildcat clutching it's dead prey (love-bird), one beneath each collar-bone (panther peering through bamboo grass and ram charging); a wolf on the right shoulder a lion on the other. Arms carry various critters from squirrels to a dragon; couple flowers in between. I was a wild one in my day! Was really cool when younger as tattoos were not so popular on women then. Now plenty of women get them, and also I am now an old woman....definitely NOT so attractive and cool now! Warm ones, Kat

I love it. This was a pleasure to read and I am impressed by your talent. The rhyming scheme is so creative and the subject is not the usual angst/love/loss trio so common in poetry. You should be very proud of this one!

LOL. Gotta love this one, Sue. Until this poem, I have never heard of a stamp tramp.

I love the internal rhymes also. Great play on words.

Thank you for this one, for I needed the laughter.

Evening Sue - This is great! I really loved it. I have periodically flirted with the idea of a tattoo, but would have a nervous breakdown trying to decide what and where ... I force myself to settle for blue-black or burgundy hair (depending on the season or my moods) and temporary tattoos that I can change with my whims.

Back to the poem - loved the flow of the story-line and your rhyming was nice and consistant. I didn't see any problems.

Loved this - sherry

Needles give me the willies just at the doc's office - forget tattoos! Sometimes I use the fake ones if my niece is over. LOL

Great poem - loved the scheme and style. Thanks for sharing!
