This work is very brief but concise. The brevity has to do with style but the beautiful thing about it is that it does not remove the richness of its content. It is an everlasting sermon. Thanks for sharing.

Your picture you have decided
upon for your thought-provoking
writing merges seamlessly into
the photograph, and sets the
tone of this gentle, soft,
tender presentation of yours.

What a beautiful poem of love and gratitude, giving a message that we should each heed....
pray and give thanks for what we have been given.
Very well done. Great photo.

Truly beautiful and profound. Imagine the difference we could all make if we all reached out to those who need care.

This is a lovely cinquain, showing your unmistakable poetic skills, such as assonance and alliteration, and your predisposition for helping others, Brooke. Is the picture of some chickadee species? Peter

Peter, I just found the photo on fan art - if it identified the brand of bird, I don't know. I can do robins and blue jays and cardinals and hummingbirds - hawks, eagles, quails, roadrunners - hey, my list gets longer and longer as I think about it. LOL Thanks so much for your kind review, Brooke :-)

Simple yet profound. I like this style. Very easy to read and has a message. If we all were to live life like a prayer how lovely life would be. Thank you. LadyPen

Cinquains appear to be so easy to write, but I know that they are not. This one is excellent, Brooke. Your syllable numbers are all accurate, and your message is a good one.

So simple, so sweet and caring. Short to the point and easy to read. A true work of art.
The image is a nice touch.
Beauty is no quality in things themselves: it exists merely in the mind which contemplates them. -- David Hume (1757)

Nothing but honesty in that one. Straight and to the point. People dont seem to see the need in helping others so they dont, they help themselves before batting an eye at the needing. Thanks!
