Hi Sue,

I love this. It's a really interesting form and you've really nailed it. You're bit of internal rhyming is great and you're so right in what you're saying. Most of us resist change and sometimes find ourselves stuck in a rut as a result. And what a picture - it's amazing. Great job.

Warm regards.

Roisin

Nice job with the tetractys. Very deep and introspective, and I like the mirrored format. I really don't see much that needs to be changed.

superb job. it is certainly more optimistic to take the inevitable and manage it gracefully so as to approach the next step. the issue i guess is who says its inevitable and when is it that it changes from unlikely to inevitable. the law of attraction which i believe in says i should think positive thoughts about what i want, not give in to the inevitable. Yet there is a grace in doing it well. but the tension created by exploring the difference between the two can be exhausting. i think the true magic is in the transmutation of the potentially negative energy surrounding breakups into something positive. maybe like poetry? love your stuff thanks roy

Yeah..dreams and goals stop this from happening. Loved the narrative and wish we could pump it into every person who is in a rut.

Nothing is better than change. Whether we realize it or not we change every day. I love the thought that change is not bad, just frightening. Great poem.

Are you showing off again friend, you are very good at these Tetractys, you might have to seduce the masses with a contest friend, they do not look easy at all, yet you certainly don't seem to have ant problems with them.
I've never been one to be scared of change, but know many who are. That is a great piece of artwork you found there friend, I think it is great!

Thank you for sharing this - it is so true that change is hard and scarey, but the more we open ourselves up to change the less scarier it becomes and the more we learn and grow. Great job!

Yes, it's almost like an exercise. The more we open up to it, the better we get at it. Thanks so much for your very kind review. Always appreciated, Sue

Oh yes, all those changes produce fear because of the uncertainly of the outcome. I like your truthful verses. Light, bright, easy to assimilate.

Change always causes anxiety of some sort - even positive change can cause tension that mortals want to avoid. And some people avoid tension at all costs. Excellently thoughtful poem in a rictameter-like style. Blessings to you, Linda

You're right. Even a positive change can cause anxiety. However, we can become paralyzed if we do avoid change at all costs. Thanks so much for your thoughts on this. And for your very kind review. Always appreciated, Linda....Sue :-))
