This one is cute and very current with the holiday season. The picture is adorable too. That is why Santa is fat and jolly, cookies at every stop. :)

Yup..Santa is fat, jolly and very busy eating cookies at every stop. This makes it harder and harder to get down the chimney. And sometimes he gets behind schedule since he has to write thank you notes for all those snacks, since the reindeer can't write..:)

Glad you liked this little six-worder, and the pic. Thanks for the review..;0)

Blimey, Art, you got more patience and balls than me doin that job. Did many of the little 'darlings' piss on yer leg?
over here we tend to put out mince pies and brandy. At least my parents did, and it was always gone in the morning. LOL!
Very cute ans seasonal post. best of luck, mate. I just created a contest based on your 575 fun idea but don't think you've entered yet. Merry Christmas, Ray xx

You could do this job, Ray. I know you could...and you'd be great at it. Yes...I do remember some mishaps..a few wet spots and I think one or two little crumb-crunchers threw-up all over my beard. Brandy...that's the ticket. I'll bet it was gone in the morning. It's a wonder Santa could guide his sleigh back to the North Pole. Glad you liked my seasonal little six-worder. Yes...I'm aware of your 'Just for Fun' 5-7-5 contest with plenty of time to think up a good'un...and may grab a spot before it fills up..though usually I like to have a some sort of an idea what I'm going to write about So much to do...so little time, think I'll go out and get me some wine, though that doesn't quite rhyme.

    Merry Xmas...and yappy who near!...;0)

A very enjoyable entry to read in this contest. You hit it on target. Leaving cookies for Santa is one of the joys and traditions the season.

I like your story. I must say, anyone who is brave enough to play santa deserves milk and cookies!

I like the title. It helps convey the context of the sentence story well.

And the photo is priceless. Is Santa glaring at the camera here?

This definitely fits the contest premise. No SPAG or word choice problems. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks for the kind review, LauraKatherine. I think Santa is rolling his eyes in hopes they'll soon snap a picture. Those kids are becoming a handful...;) Glad you enjoyed this six-worder. I appreciate your comments.;0)
