This is such a beautiful piece, worthy of framing and posting as a reminder that peace is only a walk in the wild away. I, too get my perspective and replenishment in the same fashion, and your words blessed me. :)

My goodness, another review for an unpromoted piece, you are quite a nice person :-) I am so glad this poem resonates with you. I have a 16 year old English boy fan - who is so talented it is scary, who told me he has "whacked" a copy of this poem on his wall for when he feels sad. LOL Thank you so very much!

I loved it, and I could picture myself doing that for more then one reason. You've got such talent, my friend and you constantly move me with your words. You also good at so many forms of poetry. Good job, great flow and I thank you.

A delightful and smooth-flowing poem about nature and our need to take some time to enjoy it. I like the alliteration in the first stanza, but I especially like the lines:
"Whenever I feel certain
that everything's gone wrong,
when I'm convinced the path to grace
is far too hard and long"

I enjoyed the first two lines the most. The imagery here was very vivid and vibrant. Good flow, word-choice, and style as well. Overall the work gives out a very soft and good feel. Nice work...
