I admire any one who can write an abcderian! They are complicated, but you've pullled it off well. The eagle is such a majestic bird.

And noble it is. This is a great image of an eagle. Great comparison with his Jurassic fore bearers. Beautifully written. Knocked this one out of the park

Very nice piece in this series. Although i haven't read the others of which you speak, it nonetheless stands out well on it's own.

A lovely tribute to the eagle and it's undeiable beauty and symbol of strength and freedom.

Above belief,
beyond celestial dynasties,
eagles fly.

    I taught grammar for over two decades, so I die of embarrassment if there is ever any spag - it's quite all right if you stop mentioning it unless I screw up!! :-) thank you :-)

Thank you for sharing with us, these well-chosen and cleverly arranged words which project a very vivid image
of the majestic Eagle. The picture is beautiful.
There is just one small change to suggest ....

* You have - Gods. Of course, Eagles are not gods but your meaning would be clear if you put - god-like ....
OR .... Graceful and gallant ....

I saw that you wrote this. I admire your poetry so I had to read. This poem is interestng. I did not enjoy it as much as some of the others, however, it shows what a great author you are.

    It is fascinating to see which are some people's favorites, which not so much - this particular poem resonated a great deal with some, especially those who love eagles, yet others have different ones they like more - I am glad you appreciate them all even if some resonate more with you than others :-) thank you as always!

Fantastic. Captures the nobility and beauty of the eagle perfectly.
We were in India last year and I loved watching the eagles fly.

Love it! Great imagery and very smooth for this kind of a-z, if I hadnt know what kind of format it was, I wouldnt have noticed! Well I would have noticed, but not becuase it was intrusive to the flow of the poem! Very beautiful.
