Great six word story. It amazes me too how infants so tiny can survive. Thanks for sharing the story about your PM too. Good luck in the contest.

Fabulous presentation with the photo choice to amplify the effect of your six precious words and comments to elaborate and reveal their source and inspiration. I work in a hospital and have witnessed a few of these tiny miracles too. You are blessed with such a calling. What a gift!
Wish you well in the contest.
This made my heart shine brighter.

Well done. It is the most positive way to live don't you think?
If you can believe in miracles and appreciate the glory in the tiniest ones, how can you not have a fulfilling life? well done

You sure do a wonderful and irreplaceable job, Karyn. You must get so much reward ('passion' as you say). The picture is unbelievable, like a little hampster; but better looking.
Terrific sentense summing up your role and its achievements.
Long may you reign!
Good luck, Ray xx

Tis sad indeed to realize that those are not especially large hands, rather a fragile and so tiny individual come too soon into a demanding world with only love and science to bring them to safety.
Play on!

Hi Fantasist! Thank you for reading a bit about myself and for your kind comments. They are fragile, but I'll take the fight and spirit of one of these little guys over a whiney adult any time LOL I do so love my wee babies. Thanks, Fantasist!

Some of these multiple births after hormone therapy and implantation are really scary.
Since the early sixties and the first US quints, the Fischer's, to survive into adulthood, it has been saddening to see the often-necessary culling of viable embryos for the lack of space in the mother's uterus, usually due to the frantic attempts to produce offspring.
I can't judge these people, though I can regret the circumstances and the consequences.

Nicely put - exact and filled with revelation about you without embellishing the truth. I congratulate you on your service to humanity and wish you many years of miracles.
