The thot plickens... This is going to be a fabulously entertaining book when it is finished. Its genre is rare, but only the good ones are.

Run out of na?ve young girls on your course, Oz?" asked Ess. = small nit here

Other than that I am captivated. Seems like Paul and Scarth are in good hands, although I hate to think of Scarth being banished to the Pit of Pain again. He seems so sweet aside fom eating people. Good post.

Great story with interesting characters. The dialogue is well done
and the story moves along nicely. I love the play between Oz
and Ess. You have managed to put in lots of humor into this
story. Well done, I wouldn't change a thing.

Another great installment of your story. I always look forward to what will happen to Paul and Scarth next.
Your description of Oz seems somewhat like that of Hagrid from the Harry Potter series, but it works for your character.
Two little nits you might want to look at:

wounded puppy b y Ess- by Ess

Ozz roared with laughter- Oz

Enjoyed this chapter and looking forward to the next.

Oops. I can only blame the vageries of my laptop keyboard. Thanks for those spags.

I was thinking more of a Brian Blessed character than Hagrid, though there is a Harry Potter reference in there.

    Glad you liked it

Sorry, Hagrid is the first person that came to mind when I read it. I still liked it.

Old Goat, my fly, my aphrodite.......

You have your unique way of giving strength to your writings which I have always admired. The only thing is they are really there to be read very carefully and patiently because one line missed could take away the fun of the whole.
May success be yours in every walk of your life, my friend.
Bless you

LOL thanks. I guess as terms of endearment, they might lack a little romance.

    Glad you enjoyed it
