Sounds a lot like my friend whining about her life and children, only she doesn't have two houses. Here, the economy is so bad, everyone is losing their houses and cars and can't feed their families. I could go on and on, but that would be too much like your story. I love reading your stuff, you have a way of entertaining the reader. Thank you for sharing.

Yes, we're suffering but at a very high level, ha,ha. Isn't life ironic? They should be ashamed of themselves. Think I need to get my eyes tested because I read 'A computer describes her weekend' and thought, 'What a great idea for a story'. I might even attempt to write it. Anyway, you did a good job. I liked the easy writing style and was so taken with it that I must admit I forgot to check for spag. Nothing jarred me or made me stumble though. Great job on this thought-provoking tale. Penelope

You're very kind, thank you. I suspect computers are female, if for no other reason than they always insist they're perfect.

Hi Snod,

I love this piece because it is one of my favorite topics, people!

I think we can all identify with exactly the sort of conversation that you describe so well here, and I have often deliberately placed myself in the line of earshot just so I didn't miss any of the finer detail - god I'm sure I'm just a nosey git

Very well defineed for us Snod old bean!

Brilliant and a nice piece of light relief.

regards as ever,

Neil.

Yes, I'm not sure wether I'm good at characters, or just really rubbish at plots.

Thanks for your review. I'm not so sure it's 'brilliant', but I'm glad you liked it
