What a beautiful story! God certainly blessed you and your husband. My wife and I were fated only to have one child, born in our first year of marriage, and my wife suffered a terrible infection. But, though she has her problems, she is very Godly and loves to write songs and sing for Christ.

I am sure your daughters and their own children will be proud of your loving parenting, even when you were challenged by health issues. In my own childhood I was loved and cherished. But my mother was not there to teach me life skills (she migrated when I was a preteen) although my grandmother raised me to the best of her ability. Thank you for sharing an important part of your life as mother and homemaker.

It sounds like you taught your daughters to become responsible adults Patricia and I know you have a wonderful relationship with them. Your advice is good here as you taught them from a young age to be responsible for their own time and I wish my daughter would be this way with my Granddaughter who still relies on my daughter to get her to go to school at the age of 13! You can look back and be proud of yourself Patricia, I enjoyed your story here and thank you for sharing this with us, love Dolly x
