Is it like a depression? What is the exact fear, like being unworthy? I think that would be an absolute horrible thing to constantly feel.
I was so glad to see the therapy and medication lines in your notes. You are very strong to write this and share. I can not begin to understand as I have not been there. Yet we all suffer our own silent terrors.
A testament to your will and strength is that you are still here. Own that. Be proud of it. You are a fighter.

Thank you for reading and reviewing. The fear itself is suicidality, though I'm not sure how clearly that comes through if you had questions. I'll have to go over it again, since it was basically straight from the ol' noggin to the page, even with a couple editing rounds, and could probably use a third edit for clarity.
