I agree that this is an expression of joy and love. I might add a comma after "you," but that's not necessary. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.

Your eight words do capture a feeling of love and romance. You have created a one line poem of the heart. You did well coming up with eight words, not an easy feat.
