This is excellent work for the challenge. Your presentation is very good. You use expressive words and colorful imagery that will draw in readers. It is also relatable and an analogy can be made to humans. ;) So this is also thought provoking also. I enjoyed reviewing this.

This is very sweet and quite romantic indeed. And I also like how you decided to go the "monorhyme" route. It makes this poem unique and gives it a different feel. Lovely image as well.
