Good mornibg, my friend. I'm happy to see you've been active on here a lot lately. All good stuff. As a fantasy writer, I was immediately drawn to this poem. I'm not sure who you wrote it for, or the circumstances behind it, but it seemed to me the birth of a child, or when she started school. Wise advice to find the inner dragon and to blaze her path.

Much of this is really effective; well done. However, I am puzzled by a couple of things. Possibly needs a comma in line two. Is the spelling of 'draught' an American thing? And do you need to put a note explaining your title?
