This is an interesting poem. I like the repeat words - If I were. It adds rhythm here to the question of stupidity.
I think a slight tweak may be needed to the 7th line as there is a repeat of - wouldn't have wouldn't be.
Are you trying to say this...
If I were truly stupid, I wouldn't be able to accept logical criticism of the plan.
