I agree one hundred and twenty percent! You have this all correct, we are losing our country and we must put a stop to it now! Its up to us to vote out all who try to tear our country down and take away our freedoms. Thanks for sharing this. :)

I know when many different groups think that their ideals are compromised and important, they come into opposition. If one belief reigns then unity will be in evidence, but if a number of different perceptions all clash, that is where democracies break down, if the head can't agree, "freedom" doesn't exist anymore. You are totally right, but if our freedom is only a fallacy, so be it because having none is what I worry about. The people have the final say, can anyone say Revolution? It's not over until its over! Thank you for the excellent review and I respect your views on freedom.

Thank you for your review! And you know, our system was set up for check and balance, not one political party to rule without regard to the other. That was the whole idea. And really, they are both supposed to be for America, but I'm not sure that is the true agenda anymore. That's why the people with our numbers should be able to determine what the people want, not the government.

Thank you so much for your review! I too, feel voting is important. Not just to vote but to understand what you are voting for. I can't believe how many people I know don't want to get involved with politics. And at my age 62, a young 62 I might add, I am just blown away by the people who think it doesn't matter. That's part of the problem as far as I'm concerned. I hope for the best outcome at the polls, and no tampering! Thanks again, Moonbaby

I like poems that rhyme, and this one fits the bill. I admire the skill it takes to create a poem with a theme, and this one has a theme, with words that fit within certain parameters -- usually meter and rhyme. Well done!

Thank you so much for the review! I speak from my heart, I do with all of my writing. It's the only way I know how to. I'm not very good at voicing my thoughts to a group out loud, but give me a piece of paper and a pen and the words flow faster than I can keep up! Thank you again!

Well thank you for the review! What's wrong with keeping America free? How would we look like if we were Progressive? Sadly, Progressive is a cake walk compared to communism, and that is where we are headed. And all the people who are on top think they will be spared, Ha! They will be in no better position then the people they deem below them. The jokes on them, the devil never plays fair.
