Very nice one sentence. It must arouse many emotions in you - according to the feelings you have for your father. You have subtly imbued your work with bits of fear at being like him. Growing older comes with some yucky stuff we don't even want to look at, but when we come to the point where we learn to live with it - we are happier. Nice work!

It sounds like when you see yourself in your bedroom mirror, you see that you resemble your father as he was at his aging stage. I use to think of my grandmom I grew with and imagine if I shall attend her age. It's quite interesting to see things this way. Thanks for writing and sharing. Success in the contest.
