Overall good very short prayer poem and follows the contest rules. I like the spiritual GPS. I don't think Help really needs to be capitalized unless you want to end punctuation at the end of the first line. I would personally add a period at the end of the first line because when I read it out loud there is a natural pause moment.
These shorter writing forms are hard to pull off trying to not only express an idea but also pulling emotions out of the audience is a difficult task made more difficult with these restrictions.

I like how you have used the metaphor of a modern navigational device to make this a contemporary poem, seeking true north guiding direction to live with our Lord in eternity. Navigating along life's road these days we need all the help we can get.
