Hello JLR!
I've penned a number of sestinas in my lifetime; I love the format, and yours is well-crafted. I always have such a sense of accomplishment when one of mine come together - like climbing a mountain.

Two little notes:
1. I would choose "ignorant" as opposed to "dumb" in second stanza
2. Last line of tercet does not employ "these" in the middle of the line.
Easy fix: Days such as these...

Diane, great as many times as I checked this it stumps me who I missed that. I appreciate that you so well versed in this. I found this on shadow poetry and it catch my attention.

This is an excellent sestina Jim, the very air around us can reverberate with sounds of nature, and very source of all things seems to take on new meaning, and it's amazing it wouldn't matter how many times one did it, we would still be amazed, each one unique, another first for you.
