Lovely as always, Sandra. You have taken a fairy and joined it with Santa Claus and the birth of Christ. Not an easy feat but so beautifully done

What a shining example of what Christmas is. A fine poem, a delight to read. The presentation is really exceptional, beautiful art selection.

This is another wonderful write from you. Again, children's stories aren't my thing, but you really make them work. This was a joy. You're imagination is great. Meter right on. You're making me change my mind about writing like this. Just don't want to scare the kiddies:)

The true meaning of Christmas bears repeating often...the sad thing is that it HAS to be repeated so many times because so many people don't know (or don't care to know) it! Your poem repeats well that great story!

Me sentiments exactly, as a child I loved the stories about the birth of Jesus and everything about Him, but it seems today it is all about presents and who is getting the latest Play Station!
I am really pleased you liked my poem, and thank you so much for your lovely review! xsx Sandra.

Thank you so much, Beth, I'm so pleased you liked it. Christmas is such a special time and we really mustn't let our children lose sight of what it really is for. Thank you, again!! xsx Sandra

I loved this poem. It would be a good choice for a teacher to read to her young students regarding Santa. I think it's well written. All too often, we forget the true meaning of Christmas. It's all about Christ!

Excellent poem for children on the true meaning of Christmas! So much commercialism today the real purpose of the holiday gets overlooked. I am so glad there are writers out there that still think it important to express this most important fact to children. Enjoyed!

This is fantastic, you are a great story teller. You should be a children's writer. It flowed perfectly and I was reading out aloud at times. Well done and keep it up. A great way to explain Christmas...LOL

Hullo Sandramitchell ...
I enjoyed this poem of yours, written specially for children who are swamped with thoughts of presents instead of quietly contemplating the true meaning of Christmas.
There is nothing to suggest changing and I hope that many people will read these thought-provoking words of yours.
Love from .... Nanette Mary.
