Okay, Robyn ... quit pussyfooting around and being catty!

Love the picture ... looks a little like Di when she's PO'd with me - pretty but dangerous. But women are always dangerous. I'm completely and totally fearless and she scares the heck out of me.

Loved the poem ... you always write the best poems.

Love & hugs,

Alan

Robyn, this is a cute haiku. I can just see this cat burglar. Probably no one would chase him down to catch him .. unless they had a gun to give him setting to sleep

Very clever with the satori first--I like it that way. I don't know where you are in reviewing because I haven't been able to get to the clubroom, but I just added a haiku on birds. Have a good day, my friend~Debbie

A great way of describing an event with the central character being the leopard, a good satori line, of course very few leopards would have "pursuers". Well framed Robyn, good one, blessings, Roy

Great home protection system
Better than a dog that cannot climb
For the robbers can not get away
Unless they give another morsel for fun

Hi Robyn, this a great haiku for the challenge. I like the satori line a lot which starts off your haiku. A magnificent animal, the jaguar. All the best. Ulla:)))

You paint a great picture of the speed and agility of the jaguar. I like their cars too. The cats are amazing. I have a Savanah. They look like miniature Jaguars and jet around the house like lightening.

Good haiku Robyn,
what I see is the swift jaguar waiting for the cat burglar then snatches the burglar and takes off like a speeding bullet??

Wow, so direct and in so few words. It was simple and direct and so very enjoyable. The picture set the pace of anticipation and fear very well. Very enjoyable, thanks.

Very nice robyn,

I like the double meanings you've employed here. Very witty and very clever. The inversion works well here too with the 'traditional' satori line leading in.

All the best
G
