Thanks for the pleasure of another fine chapter with Blaze at the reins. Ginger was always able to keep things in a uproar with conflicts-a-plenty, but I'm not sure that Blaze won't surpass her before this is over. Great chapter. :-)

I like the line about love impairing the brain, lol. Blaze did a good job and I'm wondering if Luke gives out plaques for Demon of the Year.

It's better for Lorna to know the truth and be angry, not sad. Now that she can enjoy a little nooky, she'll find another guy. However, she doesn't have a clean record and I don't think she deserves a really nice guy. At least not now. Maybe she'll change her ways, but she IS a lawyer after all.

Thanks, Lou. Yes, and a tough, no nonsense lawyer at that. Maybe she needs to get away from corrupt Senator Blake and she may change her ways. Or not. You can't predict what people will do. :)

That was the best thing Blaze could do -- tell Lorna about Seb cheating on her, which will give the girl reason to look ahead and move on - and to go out on the town will cheer them both up.

well, sort of, Blaze wanted him too, if she couldn't have him now and again, Lorna wasn't going to either. They are all looking out for themselves anyway, so Lorna with get over it. Thanks, Sandra. Yes, they are being selfish, but Blaze thinks Sebastian deserved his punishment. He didn't, but she is rationalizing that it was "justice" but it was only anger and jealousy. SHe'll realize that one day and bring him back to face charges. :)

Well it looks like they are still friends at least for now but we will see what happens in the future. It seems like Blaze just wants to use people for her own advancement but maybe no, time will tell how things turn out for her,Lorna and Tara. Good read and keep up the good work.
