Congratulations on winning a haiku contest with you poem about the "virgin sands" that gave birth to a "small island."

The island is for the benefit of all men, as "trespassing is allowed."

This deserved to be a contest winner, it followed perfectly the tenets for writing haiku. Love too the picture of the heavenly island that will invite any trespassers to frolic under the sun and wade on its shores. Thanks for sharing this. God bless.

this was like, metaphorical man. Virgin sands..I get it. Sands that haven't had sex yet, but have still given birth. Where have I heard this story? Then the sands met a long round palm tree with a couple of large coconuts and the rest is history. Nice Hi-Coo. Congrats on winning the thing. I wish In was there right now, sipping on a tropical drink with an umbrella in it.

First of all I would like to congratulate
you for being the winner of the contest, I
see why, it's lovely, I specially like the
last line...trespassing allowed. Of course
it is!
