Hi Denizz,

Great read here, as I love spirituality merged
with other forms of meditation. Can you describe
to me exactly what you meant by the line,"
God has given a command to all which supersedes all others in importance and all should listen closely as your eternal soul is at stake, according to your response."? I don't want to read to much into it, but "who" in this case supersedes others? God? or a particular group of humans? Sorry, you lost me here.
Otherwise, great read.
Leanna

Thanks for reading and commenting...in answer to your question (Can you describe to me exactly what you meant by the line,"
God has given a command to all which supersedes all others in importance and all should listen closely as your eternal soul is at stake, according to your response."? I don't want to read to much into it, but "who" in this case supersedes others? God? or a particular group of humans? Sorry, you lost me here.)
What I said was the command to believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and His sacrificial death for our sins, supersedes all other commands of God. This is the source of true spirituality because its built on the fact of Christ's position in the Godhead and His labors for us on the cross as revealed in God's Word. There are a number of terms for entering into the Christian faith. One such is being "born-again" just as Jesus told a sincere religious leader in John 3. God bless, Dennis

What wonder it is to know we have our feet on the capstone and we will not fall as long as we stay steady on the rock.
I have missed not being able to review as I was and it will still will be a while before I am 100% again. Patricia

Thanks Patricia, and while I agree we should stay steady on the Rock, our salvation depends not on whether we tremble but on the immovable nature of Christ and His cross work for us. God bless and keep[ getting stronger, Dennis

'This form of arriving in a city showed the inhabitants this King was coming in peace. Yet the unbelieving leaders of Jerusalem 'stumbled' over Him, and rejected Him.'

I like thefresh eyes you bring to this particular story from the New Testament.

'God is not going to continue to allow this tiny planet to spin ever deeper into sin, death, and finally, eternal destruction.'

This is the hope of Christians everywhere, and you have expressed it very well.

Great job!

:) Bev

Excellent page of a bible that complements your story perfectly. I did not know a thing about a capstone, but realise it should not be destroyed, and we should have faith now. No mistakes. Do you read the bible every day?

Yes, I do now read it every day although in the past, my reading was spotty. I never (like a lot of us) forgot to read it when I was in trouble! :) The capstone is the top stone in the Temple and typifies Christ as the Alpha of God, the Lord Jesus Christ. But He is also the foundation stone, "the chief corner stone". This latter stone speaks of His atoning work and His resurrection as the foundation of our belief. One day, He will come again and establish His Kingdom on earth. He will be acknowledged by all as the King of kings, the Lord of lords....the Capstone of God's creation.

Hi Deni and Amen. Your message of faith is sound, the flow of your voice moves evenly within the laments that are His. I noticed how you capitalized "He" and "His" as to honor him. I believe in Jesus. Thanks for sharing. I couldn't find any SPAG in your writing. Cheers.

Great message Brother Denis? I am impressed with the way you put Scriptures together like a cross word puzzle, and produce a beautiful picture of God's Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

Abba Father,I pray your blessing upon this message, that it will bring Holy repenting personal conviction to that one closest to eternal suffering in a place not ever intended for them; that they will come to understanding and believe unto salvation of their souls. In Your Son's Name, Amen.

Christ could return for His Church today and that will be a blessed event. After that comes 7 years of extreme tribulation, then Christ appears to set up His Kingdom on earth. The first coming is called "the blessed hope" because the church (every believer in Jesus) can expect Him now. God's richest blessing on you, sweet sister Linda! Dennis

in interesting read, but how much of this has actually been thought of by the writer, and much of this is simply quotes. it is well put together and well written. with appropriate accompanying picture of text

"but how much of this has actually been thought of by the writer" None of it, because its not my book it is the revelation of God. My work is to show how various verses are liked together to give a true rendering of what God has said., Dennis

I love the term "He who falls on this stone will be broken, but on whom it falls on will be crushed to powder". One cannot come to Jesus unless he believes, being like a child and believing as a child believes, faith is the one thing acceptable to God. Excellent expose' of God's belief system, my brother. You've made it simple so even dummies like me understand! Well done, Dennis, blessings, YBIC. Roy.

Deniz22,
I had to give a six on this one. It was very well written and the scriptures you referenced were appropriately used. It is certainly a wonderment as to why
God has not dropped that stone as you say.. The whole theme of the
Bible is Repentance. Man turning from sin and back to
God.
Well done sir, Carolyn

Thank you and while I agree on the importance of turning to God, growing in grace and understanding of God's Word is very much an important teaching in the Bible. Just as in a natural birth, feeding, training, and discipline by a loving parent result in a life which glorifies God and influences others for Him. God is the best of fathers and has made provision for our further spiritual development. God bless, Dennis
