Joan Marie, when my kids were little I dressed them mainly from K Mart, and all I ever got were compliments on how cute they were :-) Thanks, Brooke

I as an adult bought stuff from there and got compliments. Just didn't tell anyone where I got them. It is how you wear them and how you conduct yourself and I imagine you kids were pretty well behaved. jm

This is so funny. I have friends too who only dress their children in expensive, designer outfits. I often wonder why, when I see ketchup on the front of their white tops! I love a bit of designer stuff like anyone, but I prefer to wait until their older and can look after their own things (and preferably pay for them themselves, LOL!) Lovely poem.

This is so funny. I have friends too who only dress their children in expensive, designer outfits. I often wonder why, when I see ketchup on the front of their white tops! Yes, it is silly when people dress newborns and toddlers in clothing no baby is capable of keeping nice. Besides, they're already so naturally cute - who needs to spend a fortune to make the cuter?? Thanks, Brooke :-)

She loves being a nanny - even when some of the parents are a pain, the kids are often a joy. She's actually with a great family now and truly loves the baby. The rich of L.A. are a wonderful source for some entertaining stories, though!! LOL Thanks, Brooke
