5-7-5. Short-lived dark pleasure or long-lived white joy?186 total reviews

The pleasure of flesh and the hot white joy that comes with it :) Nicely phrased. It inspires to try the 5-7-5 format... it's so distilled and poignant. Good work!

Baa baa black sheep have you any wool, the black sheep of the family... so from dark stormy cloud in the sky and releasing its tears on the world, we see it transform in to a white fluffy cloud in that very same sky, with bright sunshine backing it... conversion complete... all you gotta do is release :)

"Happy with short-lived
Dark, illusive, black pleasure?
If tasted white joy"
This leads to a deep and honest reflection. Are there three different questions?
Have a nice day Alcreator!

THANKS FOR YOUR NICE QUEST REVIEW.

Turn opponents hot, bury them when cold.
Ladle them from in the pot when nine days old
There are times when pleasures rise
from the grief that others prize
It matters not how long you yearn,
there comes a age when it's your turn

THANKS FOR YOUR REVIEW WITH COMPLEMENTS.

Most of sin and its pleasures are short lived. Your reference to dark, illusive and black (evil) pleasure, contrasting white (pure) joy is well written. I like the philosophical yet genuine nature of this 5-7-5, Good job, Carolyn

People don't like to admit they have a dark side, one that gives them pleasure. Cruelty is the nature of the beast, and those who taste white joy from its practice will not admit it. Ask any politician. :-)

Very good imagery. I personally didn't care message that much, however the piece served it's purpose, was clear, and was well-written.
